The finest dog collar i have had in my possession. 
Made from silver and gold and with a matching padlock; the collar has hand carved silver applied oak trees and a recumbant spaniel and a 9 carat gold plaque engraved - ‘presented to M W Wiseman by the members of the south London subscription Blenheim Spaniel Club for the best black and tan dog : held at M Jones Ship Tavern, Long Lane Bermondsey, 1st Jan 1839’

with internal measurement of just under 12” on biggest setting.
